- Approximate geolocation data: the user's country is determined via HTTP headers (Cloudflare) to adapt the displayed language and currency. This information is not stored.
The Site does not contain any personal data collection forms (registration, contact, newsletter). Registration and login are handled on a separate domain (deskpulse.app).

The DeskPulse Software is an IT fleet management and remote support tool for Windows PCs. When installed on a computer, it may collect the following data depending on the configuration chosen by the DeskPulse account holder (hereinafter the "Manager"):
- Files: access to the managed computer's file system for viewing, backup, and transfer.
- System data: information about the operating system, user sessions, and computer status.
3.3. Data Collected During Registration
When creating an account on the DeskPulse platform (via deskpulse.app), the following data is collected:
- Email address
- Password (stored in encrypted form)
- Billing information (processed by our payment provider LemonSqueezy)
4. Purposes of Processing
The collected data is used for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: enabling remote IT fleet management, automatic backup, and remote support in accordance with the Software's features.
- Account management: creation, authentication, and administration of user accounts.
- Service improvement: analysis of Site visit statistics to improve user experience.
- Customer support: processing support requests.
- Legal obligations: compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a contract: processing is necessary for the provision of subscribed services.

These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and to use it only in the context of the services they provide to us.
9. Data Retention
- Account data: retained for the duration of your subscription, then deleted immediately upon account closure.
- Management data: retained in accordance with the Manager's retention policy, within the allocated storage limit (20 GB).
- Analytical cookies: maximum duration of 13 months.
- Billing data: retained for the legally required period (up to 10 years for accounting purposes).

- Comply with local regulations regarding IT fleet management and data protection.
- Not use the Software for illegal purposes or any infringement of the rights of others.
DeskPulse disclaims all liability in the event of use of the Software in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

Our servers may be located in various regions around the world. When data is transferred outside your country of residence, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities.
